Registered Medicare provider for Enhanced Primary Care arrangements for chronic conditions. (Referral form and EPC plan from the GP are required. Usual fee due at the time and then rebate claimed from Medicare).

New from November 2019. Medicare rebates for 20 dietitian sessions for eating disorder treatment, eligibility criteria apply so discuss with your GP or psychiatrist. Please note:  There are recommendations about experience, further training and accessing clinical supervision for dietitians to work under this scheme ethically.  I meet all these requirements and am listed with the major eating disorder services in this capacity but please contact me for further information.

Consultation involves detailed discussion about the presenting issues and what you are hoping for from treatment. An assessment may include usual food intake, eating behavior and lifestyle and importantly your relationship with your body and eating.

The style is collaborative and respects you as the person who knows what will be most helpful in your situation. It is not all about knowing what to do. Advice and practical suggestions, written material and specific guidelines are provided depending on your needs. Follow up plans are made together.

Specialised nutrition and behaviour change counselling for more difficult concerns is also provided.
